Sinema Votes for The Regulatory Integrity Act of 2017

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema voted for H.R. 1004, the Regulatory Integrity Act of 2017. This legislation prohibits federal agencies from using taxpayer dollars to directly advocate for or against regulatory actions under their consideration. Sinema released the following statement after the vote:

“I voted for the Regulatory Integrity Act today, as I did last year. This bill ensures taxpayer dollars are not used for political messaging. I will continue working to ensure the government remains accountable to the people it serves, regardless of which party controls the Administration."
