No Pay Raise for Congress

Dear Friend,

This week, I joined fellow Members of Congress to take the oath of office beginning the 115th Congress.

To open the new legislative session, we introduced the No Raise for Congress Act. This bipartisan bill prohibits Members of Congress from receiving a pay raise. Congress doesn’t deserve a raise when so many Arizonans still struggle to make ends meet. Our commonsense proposal saves taxpayer dollars and focuses Congress on addressing real problems facing American families.

As the new Congress begins, I look forward to working with Republicans and Democrats to create opportunity for Arizona families, strengthen our national security, and fix Washington’s broken politics.

I am honored to serve in Congress on behalf of Arizona families like yours. Our office is here to help. We have a team of social workers able to help navigate issues with federal agencies. Our office is also happy to help set up tours for you and your families if you are visiting Washington, D.C.
